Yes. We usually recommend to reserve your storage space as soon as you are organising your move or need, as this will ensure you have the storage space available and held securely for you on the day of your move. We will secure and hold your storage area, subject to terms and conditions.

This will depend on the quantity, type and dimensions of pallets and the frequency of movements you require, and subject to the agreed contract rate. We recommended you obtain a firm quote by calling us and speaking to one of the team members on 01872 560055.

You may cancel your reservation at any time before you move in. However, the cancelation may incur a charge. Reservations may be cancelled by phone however all cancelled reservations will require an email correspondence to our office.

We charge an agreed rate for all for forklift movements; this rate will depend on the agreed contract terms and conditions.

Yes, you may inspect and remove items from your pallets, however once any pallet is considered opened the palletised items MUST be transfered to a private storage room and may incur additional costs.
